If you’re booking a monthly site or longer, please do the following:

1. Select an Arrival Date.

2. Type “28” into the “Nights” field.

3. If you’re booking an RV site, fill out information about your RV (length, type).

4. Select the site features you’re interested in.

5. Scroll down and click on the site you want to book. Pictures are included for your reference.

6. Follow the check-out instructions.

After you complete your booking, you will receive an email for an application. Please check your email (including spam!) and complete the application.

If you plan on staying longer than 28 days, our resort staff will convert your check-out date during application processing.

Your online booking fee will include:

• Application Processing Fee of $35.00 for 1 applicant. If an additional adult occupant will be included on the reservation, an additional processing fee of $20 for the second applicant will be applied prior to check-in.
• Electric Utility Deposit of $150.00. Electric deposit will be applied to your final bill upon check out. Any funds remaining will be refunded to the guest after the final meter read.
• 1 Month Site Fee equal to the current advertised rate.

In the event of a cancellation, $100 is non-refundable.
